The 42 Day Challenge is a system that helps you replace old habits and experience a new way of living. It helps make you aware of what you’re doing now and what you might want to do differently. Each of the daily Challenges get you to look at the decisions you make in your life from a new perspective, and provide you with the means to act in a different way.

“In 2005, we started trying to build a product that would help large organizations reduce their medical costs by helping their employees be healthier. The company we worked for ran fitness centers for major corporations around the country, but only a fraction of employees exercised, and the rest weren’t getting any healthier. We saw that having a beautiful fitness center right in your building wasn’t enough. At the same time, more and more information about health began to be available to everyone, so that today people can find any information they want at any time, but just having information doesn’t seem to help people to live a healthier and happier life.”

“We realized that the real problem was not that people don’t know what to do, whether it’s about their health or anything else, but that they don’t necessarily do it in practice. We decided to build something that would help. We built several versions that definitely didn’t work, and learned a lot through doing that. We studied what everyone else had done that didn’t work. We read all the scientific research we could find, and found lots of answers that hadn’t been put into practice. We decided to put them in practice ourselves and take them straight to people who wanted them, anywhere in the world.”
